The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Alexis Potoroacă, who runs What's The Move. By creating an account or using the app you accept them and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Use your real sign-in, keep it to yourself, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you post

You keep ownership of your photos and words. By posting them you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and show them in the app, to the audience you chose, for as long as they are on the app. Only post content you have the right to share.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post anything illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or threatening, anything that shares someone else's private information, spam, or anything meant to deceive. Every account and piece of content can be reported or blocked from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these terms, and we can suspend or delete the accounts that posted it.

Places, claims and check-ins

Claiming a place makes you the person whose photos and description stand for it in the app. It does not give you any rights over the real place or business. Check-ins and location checks must be real: do not fake your location or try to manipulate standings, leaderboards or claims.

No guarantees

Places, hours, ratings and moves come from the community and from OpenStreetMap and can be wrong or out of date. Check before you go, and look after your own safety when meeting people. The app is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes and contact
